Facilities For Hire

Indoor Arenas

WPNEC has two large indoor arenas with Martin Collins waxed fibre surfaces. Indoor Arena 1 is has a riding area of 85m x 38m and gallery seating for up to 600 people, a bar and a commentators room with sound system. Indoor Arena 2 has a riding area of 70m x 30m.

General Purpose Grass Arena

The large general purpose grass arena is suitable for most disciplines. The usable space is approximately 300m x 120m which provides room for participant and spectator parking or a trade village ringside. The space comfortably accommodates two large jumping rings with warm up arenas, or more than five dressage arenas with warm up areas.

Dressage Arenas

WPNEC has five outdoor dressage arenas with Martin Collins cloph fibre surfaces. All arenas have two to five judges boxes.

Competition Offices and Conference Rooms

The Old Administration Building comprises of two large adjoining rooms which can be separated by a concertina door. These rooms provide the space to accommodate both rider check in, volunteer coordination and catering for your judges, officials and volunteers for even the biggest of events. The adjacent kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, two fridges and large prep bench.

The event office provides the perfect command centre for your event. With an office in the rear for the organiser, officials or scorers to base themselves, there is room at the front for rider check in and information.

Outdoor Arenas

The outdoor arenas are made up of two large arenas. Arena one is 90m x 80m with a Martin Collins waxed fibre surface. Arena two is a 98m x 53m sand arena with an attached 50m x 100m sand warm up arena.

WPNEC has a variety of equipment available for hire, which include:

Portable dressage arenas with letters
Judge’s van
Horse ambulance

This equipment is only available hire at WPNEC and is not available for off-site hire.
