  • The venue is open to the public during many events, and spectators are welcome. Outside of scheduled events, public access may be restricted due to venue operations, maintenance, or private bookings.

  • No. Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre is a competition and event venue and does not provide riding lessons or school horses.

    Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre does not have horses available for hire and does not offer recreational riding experiences.

Riders/Competitors

  • Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre offers a wide range of facilities, including indoor and outdoor arenas, stables, day yards, camping, powered sites, amenities, wash bays, and an international-level cross-country course. Visit our Facilities page for more information.

  • Stable and camping bookings can be made through our online booking system via the Nominate booking portal.

  • Yes. We have multiple 15-amp powered campsites available for booking. Please remember to bring your own extension lead suitable for connecting to the power outlets.

  • Yes. Casual arena hire is available, subject to availability.

    • Outdoor arena: $25 per horse

    • Indoor arena: $35 per horse

    Bookings are essential, and all riders must complete a risk waiver prior to using the facilities.

  • Yes, however use of the cross-country course requires a qualified coach to be present while you are riding. All riders must also complete a risk waiver before use.

Spectators/Visitors

  • Absolutely! Spectators are welcome at many competitions and events held throughout the year. Visit our Events Calendar page to see upcoming events.

  • Dogs are welcome in most areas of Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre; however, they are not permitted in the Civinex paddock, as this area is managed by Parks Victoria.

    Please note that individual event organisers may have their own rules regarding dogs. We recommend checking the event information before attending.

Venue Hire & Trade

  • Yes. Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre is available for hire for competitions, clinics, training days, exhibitions, and other equestrian events. Please contact our office to discuss availability and venue hire options.

  • Sponsorship and trade opportunities are generally managed by the organiser of each individual event. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or trade exhibitor, please contact the relevant event organiser directly.
